He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Buren and Josephine Van Buren (Van Loo); his sons, Matthew Van Buren and Christopher Van Buren; his brothers, Clarence Van Buren and Russell Van Buren (Carol); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Seibel.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Seibel; his children, Barry Van Buren (Sarah) and Brenda Van Buren (Shane Voss); his daughter-in-law Jessica Van Buren; his grandchildren, Nancy Soda (Jack), Alyvia Tennies, Carter Osterhoff, Jessie, Jamie Voss, Cory, Cody Wellmann, Tory, Troy and Trey Zimdars; his great grandchildren, Remington, Deacon and Emiliano; his brother Leroy Van Buren (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Van Buren, Terry Seibel, Rick Seibel (Lynn) and Tonya Horner (Sean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
