He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Vossekuil and Sophia Klawikowski Vossekuil; his wife Darlene Dornbrook; his son David James; and his siblings, Alex, Harry Vossekuil, Evelyn Nagler, Eleanor Franks, Mildred Diels, Berdell Hallmeyer, Bernice Curtis and Loraine Vossekuil.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Leu (Michael), Denise Wellens (Geoff), Dan Vossekuil and Dawn Kaminski (Tom); his grandchildren, Caitlin Stoll (Danny), Carly Leu, Matt Bauer (Emily), Doug Wellens (Vanessa), Ben Wellens (Lacey), Alesia Redeker (Jake), Vanessa Eiler (Cody) and Zach Hartl (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Eloise, Clara, Alivia, Aria, Jude, Anika, Asher, Abram, Adele, Andre, Krew, Rowan, Korbyn, Max, Watson, Tenleigh and Walker; and his in-laws, Dan Dornbrook (Deb), Tom Dornbrook and Chris VanBuren (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
