She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Rake and Eleanor Rake (Wanilista); her husband Byron Kamphuis; and her siblings, Monica Weeden, Paulette Rake, Eleanor Redeker (Bill) and Theodore Rake.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Rohr (Mark) of Waupun, Jamie Rake of Waupun, Jennifer Morgan (Jason) of Fond du Lac and Nicole Kamphuis of Fond du Lac; and her grandchildren, Lucas and Makenna Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
