He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Kind and Violet Kind (Carroll); and his brother Timothy Kind. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Kind (Stephanie), Rebecca Buchda (James) and Sarah Kind; his grandchildren, Meghan (Samm), Alex, Carson, Oliver, Claire, Finn, Emelia and Mollie; his great grandchildren, Adeline and Kipp; and his siblings, Kathy Kind-Keppel (James), Tom Kind (Dawn) and Tracy Kind. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Terry's name to be decided at a later date.
