He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Smith. He is survived by: his mother Judy Vis Smith; his children, Tony Ohlhausen (Michelle) and Megan Yagler (Joey); and his siblings, Tara Heller (Randy), Timothy Smith (Tami) and Duane A. Vis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
