He is survived by : his wife Kathleen; his daughter Cindy Kulas (Kaye Kolbe); his pet Tishy; his siblings, David Kulas (Elvira) and Christina Dassow; his sister-in-law Geraldine Kulas; his sisters, LeAnne (Jerome Barttelt), Mary (Keith Leach) and Lynn (Jeff Moore); and his sister-in-law Sharon Holder.
