She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Holzem and Amelia Holzem (Schneck); her husband James Babicky; and her brothers, Gregory, Donald, Alex, Marvin and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Smith (Jeff) of Rocklin, CA, Russell Babicky (Linda Zettler) of Weston, WI and Jamie Elsmo (Adam) of Hamburg, WI; her grandchildren, Kacey Smith, Andrea Engstrom (Erik), Jonathan Babicky (Danielle) and Ashley Elsmo; her great grandchildren, Addalyn, Joseph, William, Oliver, Bronson, Devin and Lydia; her sisters, Cecilia Gwidt, Christine Sefton (Roger), Sandra Dorshak, Kathleen VanVreede (Pierce), Marcella Berndt and Arlene Loss; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Pierce, Eugene VanVreede, Arthur Berndt, Robert Gwidt, Jerome Loss, Mary Jane Holzem, Phyllis Holzem, Marjorie Holzem, Doris Holzem and Barbara Holzem. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
