She was predeceased by: her father Charles Luther; her sister Karen Faude; and her grandparents, Guy, Fay Luther, Albert and Theresa Singstock.
She is survived by: her mother Joanne Luther (Singstock) of Athens; her husband Edwin Schmidt; her sons, Derek Schmidt (Rachel) of Wausau, Kirk Schmidt of Appleton and Luke Schmidt (Rachel) of Altoona; her granddaughter Olivia; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Anders; her siblings, Cynthia Raube (Greg) of Reeseville, Mark Luther (Julie) of Spencer, Brian Luther (Kathy) of Athens and Sara Luther of Wausau; and her brother-in-law Allan Faude of Withee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
