He is survived by: his parents, Allen Betz and Melinda Betz (Mattern); his wife Rhonda Jorgenson; his children, Skylor Betz, Courtney Betz and Jade Betz; his grandchildren, Devin and Zen; and his siblings, Lisa Zacharias (Steve), Nancy Leidholm, Jamie Betz (Amy), Derek Betz (Becky), Sara Ruhland (Paul), Kayla Myers (Tom) and Cody Betz (Lacy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
