He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Klein (David) of Kronenwetter, David (Carol) of Schofield and Gregg (Shelly) of Rothschild; and his grandchildren, Justin of Chicago, Logan, Connor, Jordyn, Lauren of Schofield, Nathan and Rayna of Rothschild.
Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the non-profit "Friends of Everest Baseball".
