He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Miller and Viola Miller (Haire); and his brother James Miller. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Benz (Jeff), Jason Miller, Zac Miller, David Jr. and Travis Miller (Jasmine); his grandchildren, Nathan Benz and Ryanne Benz (Greg); his sister Sonja Grawvunder; and his pets, Tootsie and Stinky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
