She was predeceased by: her parents, Walerian Zabawa and Aniela Zabawa (Dlugosz); her husband Joseph Pukala; and her brothers, Stanley and Walter Zabawa.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Pukala (Jessica), Jennifer Pukala and Jessica Pukala; her grandsons, Owen Bates, Jack Bates and Maxwell Pukala; and her brother John Zabawa (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
