He is survived by: his parents, Terri Ann Terrones (Neubauer) and Joseph Blenker (Pam Tessmer); his wife Summer Blenker (Anderson); his stepmother Deborah Steit; his parents-in-law, Kimberly and Richard Roush; his stepgrandparents, Suzanne Neubauer, Joseph Neubauer, Jean, Jerry Blenker, Carol Roush and Dale Stone; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Streit, Kimberly "Kim" Brusky, Samantha Aguilar, Michael Blenker, Jeremy Blenker, Antonio "Tony" Mejia, Brad Roush, Sarah Roush, Brent Roush and Matthew Gitter; and his siblings' children, Edalynn Gitter, Logan Blenker, Esperanza Aguilar-Blenker and Rowan Roush.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a fund established for Dustin Blenker's children at the Athens Area Credit Union in Athens, Wisconsin.
