He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Friend and Gail Friend; and his brothers, John Friend and Kevin Friend. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Friend (Scrivner); and his children, Zachary Friend and Lindsey Friend. He is also survived by his other siblings and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
