He was predeceased by: his parent Mattinus Zuidema; his children, Joann Zuidema (John Rogers), Lynda Semkow of Bow, NH, Kathy Enterline (Brent) of Sun Prairie, WI, Marvin Zuidema (Crystal) of Colgate, WI, Myron (Sharon), Stan Zuidema (Bonnie) of Green Bay, WI, Robin Zuidema (Karen) of Marathon City, WI and Annette Vandehey (Jon); his former wife Fredricka Jo Berfelo; his siblings, Tonjes Zuidema, Gees, Janke and Jitske; and his son-in-law John Semkow.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Zuidema of Weston; and his stepchildren, NJ, Connie Easker (Tim) of Mondovi, WI and Kristen Dick Cox of State College, PA.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
