She was predeceased by: her parents, William Artus and Magdalena Artus (Fochs); her husband William Johnson; her close friend Arnold Hall; and her siblings, Conrad Artus, William Artus, Mabel Dumire, Eleanore Niewolny, Adeline Artus, Evelyn Franson, Violet Dvorak and Myron Artus.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Mascaro (Ralph), Debra Swain (Miles) and Jacqueline Duss (Rick); her grandchildren, Jeff Salzman (Moriah), Billy Duss (Maggie), Andrew Duss, Keith Swain and Jerrica Swain; her sister Doris Novitzke; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Johnson, Rosella Schepp and Margaret Artus. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
