She is survived by: her children, Randy O'Brien (Teri), Arizona and Jeff O'Brien; her grandchildren, Ryan Clark (Alyssa), Cory O'Brien and Nicole Slowikowski; her great grandchildren, Siara, Aurora, Kyan and Andriella; her siblings-in-law, Eileen Mick, Joanne Mick and Patrick "Gary" O'Brien (Betty); and her close friends, Michael and Jill Nezworski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
