She is survived by: her children, Patrick Johnson (Tammy) and Sarah Johnson; her granddaughters, Kelsey Cazee (Andrew) and Emily Boyer (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Khloe, Bentley, Harper, Kinslee, Kamden and Makenna; her siblings, Marilyn Groshek (Robert) and Thomas Kumerow (Denise Mierow); and her siblings' children, Laura Wood (Robert), Jeff Groshek (Linda), Matt Kumerow (Sarah) and Christopher Kumerow (Kari).
