He is survived by: his son Carter Maki of Madison; the mother of his child Raechel Miller of Rothschild; his siblings, Terri Kosky (Tom Brandt) of Shawano, Shannon and Michael Kosky (Nici) of Weston; his close friend Jason; Jason. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
