He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Marie Johnson (Deschaine), John and Dorthy Fellner (Werkheiser); his uncle Tom Johnson; his aunt Suzanne Hermsen; and his father-in-law David Johnson.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Culver and Nancy Culver (Sarah); his sons, Jackson and Grant Culver; and his mother-in-law Jane Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
