We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 92, JoAnne Cerny of Wausau, Wisconsin, born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Lillian and Ofsdahl; her former life partner Robert Hoskin; her children, Christopher Hoskin of Carlsbad, CA, Mark Hoskin (Jean) and Houghton; her husband William Cerny; her stepchildren, Stafford, Collier and Bill Jr.; her grandsons, Marcus Nunez and Michael Nunez (Julya); her great grandchildren, Olivia Nunez and Jack Koalska; her sister Audrey Sievert; her brother-in-law Bill; and her children, Laura, Peter, David, Jane Sievert and JoAnne.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sylvan Hill Park (1329 Sylvan St, Wausau, WI 54403). Together they created a very happy marriage and blended family with the addition of Bill's children, Stafford, Laura, Collier and Bill Jr. Bill and JoAnne were married for 48 years until his passing on October 21, 2020 from COVID.
