He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Trempe and Marguerite Trempe (Stachoviak); his brother David Trempe; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Knippel and Charles Normand.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Trempe (Jauernig); his children, Rachel Simac (Frank) and Lindsey Koski (Matthew); his grandchildren, Violet, James John, Benjamin, Ian and Kate; and his siblings, Charlene Knippel, Mary Hausler (Kevin), Lori Normand, Melody (Todd Hoerth) and James Trempe (Betty).
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the NTC Foundation - Charles and Marguerite Trempe Scholarship Fund, Team Gleason Foundation, ALS Association, or St. Stephen Lutheran Church.
