He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Sr. Blasidell and Olive Blasidell (Latham); his spouse Jean Weimerskirch; his granddaughter Danielle Volkman; and his sisters, Dorothy Zander and Lillian Holt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Michalik (Mark) of Maple Grove, MN, Lynn Little (Mark) and Kathryn Volkman (Marc); his grandchildren, Matthew Michalik (Casey), Adam Michalik (Jennah), Miranda Laffin (Chris), Alex Little and Keegan Little; his great grandchildren, Blake Michalik, Nevaeh Laffin, Xander Laffin, Dylan Michalik and Maguire Michalik; and his sister Velma Joswick.
