With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kurt Howard of Wausau, Wisconsin, born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 9, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent R. Howard and Loraine E. Howard (Diekfuss); his mother-in-law Nina Brunner; and his brother Vincent K. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Karen Howard of Wausau; his children, Paula Trantow (Cris) of Wausau, Tara Howard (Dustin Woodruff) of Weston and Vincent Howard (Jessica) of Novi, Michigan; his grandchildren, Emily Howard (Mitchell Hintze), Jordan Trantow, Brody Trantow, Alexa Howard, Luke Howard and Hazel Hintze; his siblings, Karen Morrisey (Michael), Koral Howard, Kristal Knapp (Gerald) and Kimberly Reynolds (Scott); and his parents-in-law, Judy Howard, Mary Wagner (Peter), Thomas Brunner (Diane), William Brunner (Rosemary), Patricia Olmstead (Paul) and Joseph Brunner (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
