He is survived by: his parents, David Johnson and Gertrude Johnson; his wife Terri Marschall; his children, Mitchel Johnson (Mackenzie) and Madeline Smith (Brandon); his grandchildren, Myles, Maizy Johnson and Lincoln Smith; his sister Debra Thompson (Robert); his mother-in-law Helen Marschall; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
