He is survived by: his children, Kristina Foland (John Lam), Patricia Cerrato (Luis) and Brian Foland (Fern); his grandchildren, Ilis, Danick, Hanesy Cerrato, Theodore and Violet Skupien; and his siblings, Mark Foland (Debra), Marilyn Frazier and Carolyn Land. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
