He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Himes and Leona Himes (Burmester); Ryder Olson and Kyanna Olson. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Garrett (Curt) of Thorp, WI and Doug Himes (Ellen Bork) of Sarasota, FL; his nephew Robert Garrett (Chrissie Evaskis) of Jackson, MI; his nieces, Loralee Garrett Petersen (Kaj) of Withee, WI, Jeanette Himes of Apison, TN and Jolyne Himes Agramonte of Stella, NC.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Petersen of Mankato, MN, Kimberly Petersen Olson (Reid) of Longwood, WI, Stephanie Petersen Legette (Thomas) of Dillon, SC, Trinity Petersen of Greenwood, WI and Ian Agramonte of Stella, NC; Kabella Olson and Lilliana Legette. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wisconsin Lions Foundation for the Lions Camp in Rosholt, WI, or the United Methodist Committee on Relief.
