He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford "Riley" Mohawk and Elizabeth "Liza" Welch; his granddaughter Mindy Dickenson; his brother Jerry Mohawk; his siblings-in-law, Carol Mohawk, Janice Mohawk, Gerald "Skip" Miller and Duane Schreiber Sr.; his nephew Milford "Pooter" Mohawk III; his niece Jerilyn Johnson; and his great-nephew Trevor Mohawk.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Colbert of Bowler; his children, Doreen Mohawk of Green Bay, Michael Mohawk Jr. of Bowler, Marlene Poquette (Jerry) of Green Bay, Matthew Mohawk (Jacquie) of Shawano, Sharlene White (Bob) of Bowler and Joleen "Tully" Kroening of Bowler; his grandchildren, Alyssa Martin, Andrew Mohawk, Shalee, Ashton, Robert Guesnon, Travis, Jaz, Minocqwae Mohawk, Hunter, Willow White, Kyla, Tia and Tully Kroening; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Omar, Niasia, Myra and Jaxton; his siblings, Ellen Schreiber of Bowler, Mabel Miller of Bowler, Donna Bucholtz (Mike) of Gresham, George Mohawk Sr. of Gresham and Milford Mohawk Jr. (Louann) of Bowler; and his close friend Mingo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
