She was predeceased by: her father Ken Tork; and her grandparents, Lucille, Edward O'Shasky, Alice and George Tork.
She is survived by: her mother Vicki Tork; her husband James; her children, Jeremy, Pamela, Jesse, Kenney (Coleen), Kurtis, Tori, Brett and Roni; her grandsons, Jerome, Jacob, Hunter and Liam; and her brother George (Tiffany).
