He was predeceased by: his parents, William Josiger and Irene Josiger (Powers); his wife Ruth Thomas of Anne's Catholic Church; his siblings, William Josiger Jr., Kenneth Josiger, Michael Josiger, Joan Krause, Susan Morris, Sally Ellenbecker and Margaret "Tootsie" Josiger; and his son-in-law Rick Strasser.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Allen (Dewey) of Wausau, WI, Debra Josiger-Holzem (Gianni) of Neenah, WI and Rodger Josiger (Jennifer) of Wausau, WI; his grandchildren, Caitlin (Nick Kasza), Benjamin, Nathan Holzem, Nicholas and Ryan Josiger; his stepgranddaughter Monica Allen (Paul Wagner); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lily and Liam Wagner; his siblings, Gerald Josiger (Marge), Judy Dehnel and Carol Sekerka (Danny); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Thomas (Karin) of Janesville, WI and Eldonna Thomas of Marinette, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Never Forgotten Honor Flight or the American Legion in Wausau.
