He is survived by: his cousin Steve; his wife Andrea Fisher; his daughters, Jenny (Dustin Drake), Deana Richey (Jessey) and Adriana; his grandchildren, River Drake, Tobias Schafer, Koltin Richey and Graylin Richey; his in-laws, Howie and Terri Fisher; his brothers, Ron, Jerry (Deb) of Lake Charles, LA, Pete of Madisonville, KY, Rick (Shayne) and Dan (Cindy); his brothers-in-law, John Zich of Lancaster, WI and Garrett Peterson; his friends, Steve, Cassie Cerny, Scott and Andrea; and his caregiver Jessica.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Scott's name.
