She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wise and Clara Wise (Anker); her husband Raymond Cisewski; her great grandchild Kayleig Gurzynski; and her siblings, Leroy Wise, Leona McCarthy, Cecelia Iczkowski (Marie), Sarah Hulsart, Archie Wise, Charles Wise and Stella Lewandowski.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Cisewski (Sharon), Luanne Persike (James), Annette Filipiak, Weston, Brian Cisewski and Pam Mezyk (Roman); her grandchildren, Jason, Tim, Danny, Missy, Matthew, Ryan, Valerie, Brittany, Adam, Stephanie, Brandon, Becky, Josh and Amelia; her son-in-law Ken Filipiak; her nephew Gordon Cisewski (Bonnie); her sisters, Wilma Fink and Alice Obremski (Ben); and her parents-in-law, Rose Marie Wise, Judy Wise and Thomas Lewandowski. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
