Wallace Gwidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 19, 2020, at the age of 81, Wallace Gwidt (Wausau, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Gwidt and Helen Gwidt (Lake); his siblings, Donald Gwidt, Robert Gwidt, James Gwidt (Sandra), Charles Gwidt and Lucille Gwidt; and his sister-in-law Joanne Gwidt.

He is survived by: his wife Lila Gwidt (Vetterkind); his children, Wanda Woehlert (Thomas), Gwen Loiz (Jae) and Terry Gwidt (Tracy); his grandchildren, Heather Schmudlach (Dustin), Jill Loiz, Ashley VanDenHeuvel (Matt), Kelsey Lueck (Casey), Jesse Loiz, Emily Gwidt, Brandon Gwidt and Riley Gwidt; his great grandchildren, Breanna, Lila Schmudlach and Kim VanDenHeuvel; his siblings, Dorothy Poulos, John Jr. Gwidt (Donna), Roger Gwidt, Gerald Gwidt, Frank Gwidt (Jan) and Thomas Gwidt (Barb); his siblings-in-law, Cecilia Gwidt, Jane Elwood, Jean Larson (Lyn Marquardt), Leonard Vetterkind (Marilyn), Glen Vetterkind (Diane) and Vernon Vetterkind (Donna); his godsons, Patrick and Jeffrey Casalez; his parents-in-law, Elmer and Ada Vetterkind; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Vetterkind and Eleanor Casalez (Ruel). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
