He was predeceased by: his father Ralph; his grandmother Swanson; his daughter Laura Lee; and his sister Carol Holm. He is survived by: his wife Bea; his daughter Karen Rusch (Theran); his grandsons, Matthew Rusch (Diana) of Papillion, NE and David Rusch; and his great grandchildren, Finnigan, Liam, Eliany, Diannelys and Adielys. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
