She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurthur Nelson and Fannie Nelson (VanDerAa); her husband John Otto Jr.; her son-in-law Michael Agnew; her sister Carol Burnam; and her brother-in-law Ralph Houston.
She is survived by: her children, David Otto of Green Bay, Janet Tarmann Gilbert (Donald) of Marinette and Cheryl Agnew of Geneva, IL; her sister Sandra Houston of Holland, MI; and her grandchildren, Melissa Sherman (Tom) of Peshtigo, Christopher Tarmann (Kelly) of Neenah, Jaclyn Sanders (Scott) of St. Louis, MO, Amber Freidel (Jesse) of St Charles, IL, Robert Agnew of Geneva, IL and Katy Sanders (Chad) of Cuba, MO. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
