She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gring and Ruth Gring Sr. (Smith); her husband Kenny Simpson; and her brothers, William Jr. and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Simpson (Skip) and Donald Simpson (Laurie); her grandson Jonathon (Elise); and her great grandchildren, Drake, Ariana and Brantley.
