He is survived by: his friend Dave Doepke; his wife Tauna Kolter (Davis); his children, Dylan Kolter (Julianna) and Caitlyn Kolter; his mother Virginia "Ginney" Kolter (Waddington); his sister Shelley Calder (Mark); his parents-in-law, Robert and Barbara Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna "Dee Dee" Likins (Rick) and Wayne Davis (Jodi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many cherished extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Dan's memory.
