Lewis; his stepfather Thomas Archer; his parents-in-law, Richard and Thelma Patterson (Porter); his siblings, Shirley Copeland (Tomlin), Carol, David Lewis and Janice Lewis; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Shay (Patterson), Judith Albo (Pike) and Kelly Albo (Hayen).
He is survived by : his children, Patti Lewis of Wautoma, Deborah Lewis (Jonathan Stoffregen) of Wautoma and John Lewis II (Linda) of Wautoma; his grandchildren, Dennis Bertzyk (Kim), Curtis Raatz (Theresa), Brandon Raatz (Candi), Duane Buschke Jr., David Stoffregen (Samantha), Christopher Stoffregen (Jennifer), John Lewis (Jensen), Desiree Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis, Amanda May Lewis (Justin), Amanda Marie, Jeffery and Kassandra; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mike, Adrian, Gavin, Liara, Ulrich, Visara, Justin, Ethan, Paige, Darren, Kayden, John, Kendall, Caleb, Kendrick and Summer; his sisters-in-law, Lucille Cross (Mike) and Martha Lewis of Emporia, KS; his siblings, Leldon (Carol), Tomlin (CO), Lyle (Pattie), Mead (WA), Phillip Albo (Cindy), Janet Lewis of Lebo, KS and Vicky Briggs (Neil) of Ordway, CO; his stepmother Marjorie Lewis of Lebo, KS.; and his caregivers, Carrie, Cassie, Julianna, Charlotte, Nikki and Vicky.
