He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Chibe. He is survived by: his husband Dennis Dirindin; his mother Joyce M. McGregor (McGregor); and his brothers, Russell Chibe (Nancy) of Darien, IL, Edward (Maria), Charlie Chibe and Scott Chibe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Jay's memory.
