He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Rathjen and Mavis Rathjen (Johnson); his brother Dennis Rathjen; and his brother-in-law Robert Mathson. He is survived by: his sister Darlyn Mathson of Eagan, MN; his nieces, Tammy Barth (Scott) of Thorp, WI and Mary Leal (George) of Austin, TX; and his nephew Paul Mathson (Brenda) of Cottage Grove, MN.. He is also survived by grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives and friends.
