With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Jo Nitz of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, born in East Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bonnie Jo Nitz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Arnold and Bonnie Arnold (Kirkman); her sisters, Patsy Matthias and Carol Vollmer; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Mildred Nitz.

She is survived by : her husband Allen Nitz; her sons, Joe Nitz of Wauwatosa and Dan Nitz (Laurie) of Pewaukee; her grandson Nathan Nitz of Wauwatosa; her sons, David and Allie Nitz of Pewaukee; and her brothers-in-law, James Matthias (Mary) of Menomonee Falls and Jerry Nitz (Christine) of West Allis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorials can be directed to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin or a charity of the giver's choice in Bonnie's name.
