Jacqueline M. Bequest Obituary
Jacqueline M. Bequest (née Becker) found peace with the Lord on October 14, 2026, at the age of 89.
Jackie was born on March 16, 1937, and lived a full life devoted to God and her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald Bequest and a proud mother of Laurie (Mike) Garrett, the late Gerald M., and Jeffrey.
Her legacy lives on through her six grandchildren, Christina Melk, Marcia (Donny) Tearney, Scott (Liz) Brince, Brandi Stough, Andrea (Dan) Bequest, and Ashley (Craig) Bequest-Roeder, as well as her eleven great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Jackie worked at Schuster's and later Gimbels Department Stores until their closures, after which she devoted her time to being a stay-at-home mom and raising her three children.
She treasured time spent with her loved ones, tending to her beautiful flower gardens, and baking for family and friends.
Jackie was a staple in our family and will be deeply missed. We will forever remember her quick wit, her unconditional love for us, and her spicy personality. Her love and the memories she created will live on in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 10 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home in Wauwatosa. Burial to follow at Valhalla Memorial Park.
