He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adam Ihm and Bernice Katherine Ihm; and his brothers, Earl Ihm, Dale Ihm (Lynette), Paul Ihm and Vincent Ihm.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Jean" Ihm; his daughter Carla; his son-in-law Tony Meister; his grandson Luke Meister; and his siblings, LeRoy Ihm (Bernice), Floyd Ihm (Beverly), Mary Ann Ihm, Eugene Ihm (Carol), Raymond Ihm (Sheri), Francis Ihm (Marilyn) and Mark Ihm (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Vern and Jean's home church, Uplink Ministries.
