He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Meyer of Wauzeka and Keven Carter of Boscobel; his siblings, Lance Gander of Viroqua, Sean Meyer of Prairie du Chien, Paige Peterson of Green Bay, Tianna Peterson of Spring Green, Piper Carter of Wauzeka and Declon Carter of Wauzeka; his grandparents, Andy, Julie Meyer of Gays Mills, Theresa McCormick of Cashton, Tom and Tammy Carter of Boscobel; and his aunt Raquel Meyer of Gays Mills. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Although Thomas left us too soon, his final act was to give the gift of organ donation.
