He is survived by: his wife Shaun Johnson; his sons, Joshua and Jake Johnson; his grandchildren, Breanna Stevens, Kayleigh Seagraves, Gavyn Johnson, Marshall Witzke and Myka Witzke; his siblings, Mickey Wetzel (Noel), Mary Wetterling (Dan), Tom Johnson (Louella), Bonita (Bobbie), Bert Lewellyn, Alice and Curtis Rath; his mother-in-law Judy Frazee Rother; his sister-in-law Cheryl Hunter; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Ryan), Joe (Christa), Jenny (Scott), Shelly (Kyle) and Chelsea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
