He is survived by: his significant other Aleisha Staples (Klatt); his children, Brayden, Alexis, Brennen, Taylor Ann, Paisley Rose, Dectreise, Augustus, Taheton and Avontae; his grandchildren, Athena and Dectreise Jr.; his stepfather David Johnson; his siblings, Jared Yerke (Layney), Jeremy Yerke, Jennifer Stoner (Staples) and Heidi Rand (Staples); his sisters-in-law, Kayla Sausi (Timmy) and Brandi Curvello (Greg); his parents-in-law, Michael Klatt (Tammy) and Renee Peterson; and his aunts and uncles, Cindy Daniels, Maxine Holmes, Jan Todd, Lori, Dennis and Perry Staples. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
