He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jelinek and Anna Jelinek; and his brother Albert Jelinek. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Steele (Josh Vidal), Alfred P. Jr. Jelinek (Jaclyn) and Mary Hietpas (Lee); his grandchildren, Krysta Trevino (Alex), Malissa Canzoneri, Charlotte and Alfred III; his siblings, Allen (Gina) and Alwin (Doreen); and his sister-in-law Doris Jelinek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Peter Episcopal Church appreciated.
