He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Hull; his siblings, Kimberly Wink, Robert Hull and Sherri Kiedrowski; and his former spouse Tracy Hull.
He is survived by: his child Eden Hull; his mother Janet Rauth (late Thomas); and his sister Kristine Hull. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for Eden's education would be appreciated.
