He is survived by: his brother Jim Ken (Cathy); his wife Cheryl; his children, Keith (Nicole), Kevin (Holly), Joseph (Lauren) and Stacy; and his siblings, Bill (Beverly), Bob (Mary) and Patty (Tim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends.
