He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Schultz and Thelma Schultz. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Jones (John), Ken Schultz (Laurie), Maureen Fletcher (Jeff) and Eileen Schultz; his aunt Marlene Markowski; and his uncle William Hoffman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
